covid testing

Canada is saying that as of January 7/21 everyone coming back into the country is required to have a negative covid test that is performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test within 72 hours prior to boarding a flight to Canada. Is this particular test possible in the area, say Melaque? And, would it be possible to actually get it back within 72 hours? Is there someone local that will know the answers to this? I really want to come down this year, but am a little concerned that the test may either not be available or I wouldn't be able to get it back in time to board a plane. Anyone??
