Bahia Azul Pics NOT
Posted by Lynne on August 22, 2021, 10:59 pm
By popular demand, I took some photos of Bahia Azul earlier this week. But the "upload image" function eats them up before I can post them. Put another way, I have no clue what to do with the pics once I have uploaded them to ImgBB, of which I am now a member. Can anyone give me simple instructions? TIA. | -------------------Image upload how to.

1) Click on "upload image." 2) Copy your image using ctrl-c 3) In the imgbb window paste using ctrl-v 4} Click the green Upload button The url for the image will be entered in your message. Enter the code for your message and preview or post. That should do it. (You can also drag and drop into the window.)

Thanks, D, but the former way was a whole lot easier! One question: can I upload more than one image to the same post? I will check for your reply after a swim... | -------------------Re: Image upload how to.

Tes. You can load several at a time but then you will want to put a space between them. Or you can do one at a time, its easier to put the space in that way, just hit the Enter key before loading the next photo. If you found James directions easier to use perhaps the MOD will include them in the sticky. | -------------------Re: Image upload how to.

[url=https://ibb.co/3y5qJfq Okay, this is what happened when I followed Mod D's explicit instructions and browsed the photo folder I had pre-created. (Before, I never got past Step 6.) Enjoy Bazia Azul's latest incarnation, but please don't ask me to do this again. I really am a Word Person. | -------------------Re: Image upload how to SUCCESS

I realized that I should slightly change the subject line to make this success story a bit easier to find. Thanks, D! | -------------------Re: Image upload how to SUCCESS

Well done, Lynne! Wonderful photos. I'm glad your persistence finally paid dividends. Kudos also to your "handlers"... lol... Bahia Azul is/has changed so much. Can't wait to slide in there again this winter for some great food... | -------------------Re: Image upload how to SUCCESS

Thanks for the compliment, Pablo, but ALL kudos belong to my "handlers!" The next time I am flummoxed by a technical difficulty, I now know to check the "sticky" function first. My guess is that Bahia Azul will have changed even more by the time you get here. I wonder what is in store for the empty lot next door... | -------------------Re: Image upload how to SUCCESS

Hopefully they will make it for parking. | -------------------Re: Image upload how to SUCCESS

Parking would also have my vote, but Belen told me today that the lot is not theirs. Because they spent so much on renovation and expansion of the restaurant, they cannot afford to buy it. | -------------------
