If it's called an official vaccination record and it comes with a QR code, I should think that is your vacc. passport, no? Definitely wouldn't be the piece of paper with handwritten info on your 2nd dose - too easy to forge that. Hopefully there's someone "here" that will eventually confirm this for you.
