On 8/15 I got tired of my modem going to a red light for the internet 5 times a day and in the speed which is supposed to be near 10Mps was about 3, I called TELMEX and was given a report number and told they would come and check and within 72 hours it would be fixed.
On 8/18 no one had showed and nothing changed, so called again and was given another report numbear and told someone would be there on the 19th, no one showed and things did not improve.
Surprise, someone called and said they could come there now and I was leaving and said it would have to be after 3pm. They said they would show then, NO SHOW.
On 8/25 called again and got another report number and some reason..... say back out and repair by the 29th.
Yesterday called again to still not fixed and said would be out today or Friday between 8 and 10. No show today but all is worse than ever the PING is 233ms and should be around 20 and download is 1.67Mps and the Upload is .40 Mps.
That last call to them must have got their attention, it is now slower than ever. Anyone else having this problem. I will call again on Friday, and if anyone else is having problems they should call and to get the services for which they are paying.
